About Me
- Name: Soeung Saran
- Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Mr SOEUNG Saran holds a master's degree in Gender and Development from the Australian National University (ANU) in 2013. Prior to this, he took a Post-graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the same university. He was an outstanding student and conducted a comprehensive research on Human Resource Development to complete his bachelor's degree in 2008 from IIC University of Technology. He successfully defended his research paper (thesis) with grade A. Currently he is an Independent Translator and Research Consultant for a number of local and international NGOs and government institutions.
